Our Terms & Conditions

Please review these terms carefully before using Fleet2Calls services.

Effective Date: February 26, 2026

By subscribing to the Fleet2Calls membership service (the “Service”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. The Service is a month-to-month subscription billed in advance.

1. Services Provided

  • Inbound calls and/or leads directed to the Client’s business.
  • Monthly activity as stated in the membership description.
  • Support for updating business phone numbers, name, and service areas.
  • Optional hosted landing pages (if applicable).
  • Optional exclusivity if agreed in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information.
  • Answer inbound calls promptly.
  • Update changes in phone numbers or service areas.
  • Follow all applicable business regulations.

3. Fees & Billing

  • Billed monthly in advance.
  • Non-refundable.
  • $65 late fee for overdue payments.
  • Account suspension possible after 10 days overdue.
  • Pricing may change with 30-day notice.

4. Performance Disclaimer

  • No guarantee of call quantity.
  • No guarantee of lead quality.
  • No guarantee of closed jobs or revenue.

5. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability is limited to the last three (3) months of payments.

6. Termination

  • Account access is removed.
  • Landing pages may be disabled.
  • No partial-month refunds.

7. Governing Law

California law applies. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration.

8. Modifications

Fleet2Calls may update these terms at any time.
